Shipping Cost Limit

• Maximum Free Shipping Value: The free shipping offer covers shipping costs up to a maximum of £10.
• Additional Costs: If the shipping cost exceeds £10, the full shipping cost will be charged to the customer at checkout.

Exclusions

• Homeware Items: Certain larger homeware items are excluded from the free shipping offer due to their specific shipping methods and sizes. These items are more difficult and costly to ship.
• International Shipping: Some countries may have higher shipping costs due to our current operational limitations. In such cases, the full shipping cost will be charged.
• Multiple Dispatch Locations: To maintain our eco-friendly operations, we work with various manufacturers to minimise air miles and carbon emissions. Consequently, your order might be processed at different locations due to specific limitations in printing or embroidery when items are purchased together. In such cases, the shipping cost may account for sending two consignments for the same order, but we ensure these rates remain very competitive. Often, these costs will remain below the £10 limit. However, if they do exceed this amount, the full shipping cost will be charged.

International Orders

• Currency Conversion: For international orders, the £60 minimum spend requirement will be converted to the equivalent amount in the local currency based on the current exchange rate.

General Conditions
